Day two of AIBD/UNESCO IPDC In-country workshops on safety for journalists aimed at discussing the health impact of psychosocial hazards at work for journalists. Dr Sekar, head of NIMHANS India, was the lead consultant of the day. Dr Sekar shared his experience on the following topics:
- Mapping psychosocial hazards
- Assessment of psychosocial vulnerability
- Subjective Well-being
- Promoting mental health programmes in work place
Participants were asked to do group on the significance of having mental health policy both on organisational and national level.
