Meeting with the Deputy Head of Mission – Chile Embassy

The AIBD team, which included Krishanth Nair (Head of Member Services) and Don Dhammika (Programme Manager), met with the Chile Embassy’s Deputy Head of Mission, Mr. Claudio Rojas E on Wednesday (08th of May 20240 in Kuala Lumpur. The Objective of the meeting was to explore the opportunities to look into areas of cooperation with the Latin American counterpart and to invite the Embassy officials for 19th Asia Media Summit 2024.  

During the discussion, the AIBD team also suggested that the Chilean embassy can look for the areas of interest where they can be a part of this international summit.  

The AIBD team also floated the idea to the embassy to engage some of the Chilean media professionals and other stakeholders to participate and attend the Asia Media Summit.
