Asia Media Summit 2024

19TH ASIA MEDIA SUMMIT
The Asia Media Summit (AMS) is an annual international media conference organised by AIBD as its flagship event. Every year in consultation with the members, partners and various global media gurus, a theme guides the direction and delivery of the summit. Being a unique broadcasting event in Asia-Pacific, it attracts around 500 top-ranking broadcasters, decision makers, media professionals, regulators, scholars, and stakeholders from within and outside the region. Apart from plenary sessions and pre-summit workshops, Asia Media Summit also provides a platform for intergovernmental dialogues to uplift the benchmarks of the regional media industry.

Final Registration Deadline for AMS 2014

The final deadline for AMS registration of Saturday, 15 March 2014 is fast approaching. All delegates attending the Asia Media Summit 2014 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on 6-8 May 2014 must register online. Given the extended time taken for visa processing, we are encouraging all delegates to register as soon as possible.

Online Registration

The final deadline for AMS registration of Saturday, 15 March 2014 is fast approaching.

All delegates attending the Asia Media Summit 2014 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on 6-8 May 2014 must register online using the link here.

Given the extended time taken for visa processing, we are encouraging all delegates to register as soon as possible.

Flight Itinerary and Visa Advisory

All AMS foreign delegates who have registered are required to book their flights and promptly update their online registration regarding their flight details.

For foreign delegates, please note your country’s specific visa requirements for visiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and make the necessary visa arrangements well in advance prior to your arrival.

The visa application procedures and form to be sent to AIBD are available at the AIBD website at www.aibd.org.my/ams.

The final deadline for receipt of visa applications is Friday, 14 March 2014.

Extension of Deadline for World Television Award

The deadline for the World Television Awards has been extended to Tuesday, 1 April 2014.

AIBD, in collaboration with its partners, presents the World Television Awards 2014 under the category Humanity for the Best TV Documentary on “Promoting Children’s Rights” and category Science/Environment for the Best TV Programme on “Building Resilience to Climate Change”.
