Asia Media Summit 2024

19TH ASIA MEDIA SUMMIT
The Asia Media Summit (AMS) is an annual international media conference organised by AIBD as its flagship event. Every year in consultation with the members, partners and various global media gurus, a theme guides the direction and delivery of the summit. Being a unique broadcasting event in Asia-Pacific, it attracts around 500 top-ranking broadcasters, decision makers, media professionals, regulators, scholars, and stakeholders from within and outside the region. Apart from plenary sessions and pre-summit workshops, Asia Media Summit also provides a platform for intergovernmental dialogues to uplift the benchmarks of the regional media industry.

Masterclass on Masterpiece

AIBD is delighted to partner with NBT- PRD Thailand (Public Relations Department of Thailand) for an In-country workshop titled “Masterclass for Masterpiece”: Two days workshop from 09-10 July, 2024 is being held in Bangkok, Thailand.

With the AIBD’s consultation, Mr. Zhou Xi, CGTN, China, joined remotely and shared his insights on Documentary storytelling and the significance of ‘being Mobile First’. Mr. Zhou xi also shared his ideas on utilising the power of A.I in this digital production era.

ZHOU XI, a director at CGTN (China Global Television Network), has a passion for documentary filmmaking and research. In the course of the past 17 years, he has produced dozens of award-winning TV feature programs and documentaries.
