He joined KBS as a news reporter in 1973 and has held key positions at KBS including being a Member of the Board of Governors and Managing Director of New Media. Dr. Kim also serves as chairman of the Korean Broadcasters Association and Vice-President of the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU). |

Director General, Authority of Broadcasting and Electronics Information, Ministry of Information and Communications, Vietnam Dr Luu Vu Hai is General Director of Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information which is under The Ministry of Information and Communications Viet Nam. He has over 20 years experiences in radio and television field especially in broadcasting technology. Prior to joining Ministry of Information and Communication, he worked as Deputy Director of Viet Nam Multimedia Corporation – The first Digital Television operator in Viet Nam. He also works as member of several science councils in broadcasting field in Viet Nam. |
