On 23 May 2011, the President of Vietnam Television, Mr. Tran Binh Minh, requests the pleasure of delegates at a welcome reception at 7:00 pm at the Sheraton Hotel, 11 Xuan Dieu, in Hanoi.
Prof. Dr. Vu Van Hien, the President of Radio The Voice of Vietnam (VOV), host of the AMS 2011 (AMS 8), is inviting participants to the gala dinner reception on 24 May 2011, 7:30 pm at the Grand Ballroom of Melia Hotel.
For both occasions, participants are requested to wear formal attire.
On 25 May 2011, the Hanoi People’s Committee is hosting a cordial reception for the participants at 1230 noon at the Melia Hotel.
